How to sign up for a membership:

Step 1: Call us and set up an appointment to visit our facility (801-440-2057)

Step 2: Sign the Membership Agreement and Waiver in person.

Step 3: Create an account at abscages.com

Step 4: Log into the "Membership Payments" tab at the top of the page, select the plan you signed up for and set up payments.

Step 5: You're ready to go! To reserve a cage, click on the "Reserve a Cage" tab, and follow the "Members only" promptings

Note: Membership is NOT required to reserve a cage at the normal hourly rate. Just click on the "Reserve a Cage" tab above and follow the "General Public" promptings.

Our mission is to provide a top-quality batting cage experience for players of all skill levels. Our facility features two indoor cages that can open into one large cage. Along with pitching machines, we have a variety of training aids to help you work on your swing and improve your game.

At AB's Cages, we understand the need for getting your swings in. We provide two 18' tall by 15' wide cages that allow you to see your ball flight and get feedback on your swing. We offer high quality pitching machines for both baseball and softball that allow you to work on anything from fastballs, curve balls, sliders, rise balls etc.

Our facility is conveniently located near the airport in Heber City. We understand the need for an easily accessable cage close to home. Whether you're coming from work or school, we're just a short trip away.
